What do AI credits cover, and how are they used?
Monthly AI credits support eligible AI activities within VEERHA, such as AI-powered messaging and other supported AI workflows. The credits consumed can vary by activity and usage. AI calling is excluded from plan credits and is charged separately at ₹4 per minute. Your monthly plan credits refresh each month; unused credits do not automatically carry forward unless VEERHA confirms otherwise in writing.
What happens if I use all my monthly AI credits?
You can purchase additional AI credits when needed. Starter receives the base top-up quantity, Growth receives 1.25× the base quantity, and Business receives 1.5× the base quantity for the same top-up price. The exact top-up pack price and credit conversion will be shared in the applicable rate card before purchase.
Are AI calling charges included in the plan?
No. AI calling is billed separately at ₹4 per minute and does not consume your monthly AI-credit balance. If you use an IVR number with AI calling, the IVR number add-on is ₹1,500 per month, with calling charged separately by usage.
Are WhatsApp, email, payment gateway and Channel Manager charges included?
VEERHA provides WhatsApp API integration, but Meta's applicable WhatsApp messaging charges are billed separately according to Meta's rates. Email marketing sends are ₹0.06 per email. Payment gateway, telephony, Channel Manager and other third-party provider charges may also apply separately. VEERHA's integration with your own Channel Manager depends on API availability, permissions and implementation scope.
What is included in Expert Setup & Onboarding?
Expert Setup & Onboarding includes business discovery, mapping your enquiry and booking workflow, CRM configuration, initial AI knowledge setup using the information you provide, agreed integrations, testing, team training and launch assistance. The exact deliverables depend on your selected plan and agreed scope. Custom development, unsupported integrations, third-party fees and work outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.
What happens if we need more users, journeys or server space?
You can add an extra user for ₹750 per user per month, an additional Advanced Journey for ₹500 per journey per month, and additional server space in 5 GB increments for ₹500 per month. Images, videos, customer data, uploaded files and other supported content use your included server space.
Why do plans have room limits?
Room limits help distinguish plan capacity and keep the subscription aligned with the scale of the hotel's operation. Hotels with more rooms can have greater inventory, booking-flow, calendar and database requirements. If your property exceeds the included room limit or has a more complex setup, contact VEERHA to discuss the right plan.
When does the Launch Offer end, and what happens at renewal?
The Launch Offer is valid until 31 October 2026, subject to eligibility and availability. The displayed Launch Offer price applies during the offer period. Unless VEERHA confirms a different renewal arrangement in writing, the regular monthly subscription price shown on this page applies after the discounted subscription term. Applicable GST and usage or third-party charges are additional.
Is GST included in the prices?
No. Prices are in INR and exclude applicable GST. Usage-based charges and third-party provider fees are also billed separately where applicable.
